Participation & Safety Waiver

1. The Experience

I understand that CyberGrid VR Arena provides a free-roam experience. This requires me to wear a VR headset and move physically within a digital environment. I acknowledge that I must remain alert to my physical surroundings and follow all in-game and staff-led safety boundaries.

2. Physical Health & Safety

I confirm that I am fit to participate and do not have any medical conditions that could be triggered or worsened by physical exertion or immersive visuals (such as photosensitive epilepsy, heart conditions, or severe balance disorders).

• Simulator Sickness: I acknowledge that VR can occasionally cause dizziness or nausea. If I feel unwell, I will stop immediately and seek assistance.
• Player Interaction: With multiple players in the arena, I agree to move at a safe pace (no running) to avoid collisions with other participants.

3. Equipment Responsibility

I recognize that the VR hardware is professional-grade and high-value.

• I agree to use the headsets and controllers only as instructed.
• I understand that I may be held responsible for costs associated with damage to equipment caused by reckless behavior, negligence, or intentional misuse.

4. Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the arena software and hardware. I release CyberGrid VR Arena and the venue from any liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from my participation, provided such damage is not the result of gross negligence by the operators.

5. Hygiene Protocol

I agree to follow all hygiene requirements, including the use of provided sanitization measures, to ensure the equipment remains safe and clean for all users.
