Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your session. Here's exactly how changes, late arrivals and refunds work.
Free cancellation window
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time using the manage link in your confirmation email. No fee, no questions.
Inside 24 hours
Changes made less than 24 hours ahead are handled case by case — we will always try to move you to another slot rather than charge you. Within 2 hours of your start time the online tools lock, so call (207) 669-1147 and we'll sort it out.
Late arrivals
Your booking includes a mandatory 15-minute arrival buffer for waivers, headset fitting and the safety briefing. If you arrive after your mission start time we run whatever play time remains in your slot — the arena is booked back-to-back.
No-shows
A booking that is never cancelled and never shows up is treated as used. Let us know as early as you can and we'll rebook you instead.
Parties & private arena buyouts
Group and party packages reserve the whole grid, so they carry a 72-hour cancellation window. Inside that window we'll move your date once at no cost, subject to availability.
If we cancel
If we ever have to cancel — equipment, weather or staffing — you get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice, plus a return-run voucher for the trouble.
