Private lounge room
Your own private lounge room next to the arena for gifts, food and the group photo, reserved for your booking window.
Paper goods provided
Plates, cups, napkins, utensils and table cover in CyberGrid colors — nothing to shop for.
Dedicated party host
A host runs the 15 minute briefing, keeps the 45 minute play block on schedule and rotates squads when the group is larger than 10 players.
Setup and cleanup included
We set the room before you arrive and clear it after — you leave with the gifts, not the trash bags.
Optional local add-ons
- Hot pizza package — fresh pies delivered from our neighboring bowling alley and served in the lounge right after your mission.
- Event photographer — a local photographer covers the briefing, the arena and the lounge, with edited digital images delivered after the party.
Add-ons are arranged with local partners — request them when you send your party inquiry and we'll quote them with your booking.
Cake policy
Bring your own cake or cupcakes at no extra charge — we'll hold them, plate them and serve at your chosen time. Prefer not to shop? Add an optional custom cake to your booking and we'll arrange it with our local bakery partner; tell us the flavor, serving count and any allergies at least 72 hours before your session.

Private venue blocks for teams
Each block includes private use of the arena, briefing, equipment fitting and reset time, plus a clearly defined amount of guided gameplay. Up to 10 players at a time, with rotating squads for larger teams.

Includes 135 minutes of guided VR gameplay + 45 min for briefing, rest breaks and cleanup.
Availability
Corporate and private buyouts run Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Friday evening and weekend rentals are available by custom quote and management approval only.
Booking terms
- •Book at least 14 days in advance.
- •A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your private session.
- •Cancel 7 or more days before your date and the deposit can move to a new date within 60 days.
- •Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
- •Final participant count is due 72 hours before the event.
- •One designated corporate contact handles the booking.
